Sarah Bader는 Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Chicago office와 Leader of our global Health &Wellness practice의 리더로서 국제인테리어디자인협회인 IIDA의 회원과 LEED (Leadership in Energy and environmental Design) 즉 친환경 건축물인증제도를 받은 AP(associated person)이기도 합니다. Gensler는 1965년, Art and Drue Gensler가 설립한 건축설계, 디자인, 컨설팅회사로 아시아,아메리카, 중동의 전세계 42개 지사를 운영하고 있는 글로벌기업으로 중국 상하이타워, 미국 비버리힐즈 호텔, 구찌,버버리,프라다샵과 같은 특유의 감각과 탁월한 디자인으로 유명한 회사이기도 하며, 최근에는 다양한 분야의 공간에서 전문성을 발휘하고 있습니다.

특히 우리나라의 HyundaiCard Air Lounge,Incheon International Airport, COEX등의 project를 수행하기도 했습니다.

Sarah와 그의 Health 팀들은 사람들이 healthcare environment에 대해 생각하는 방법을 변화시키고 향상시키기 위한 노력을 꾸준히 해왔는데요. 변화하는 병원환경에 발맞추어 다양한 경영, 상담, 코디네이션을 통해 사용자중심의 프로젝트들 을 성사시켜 왔다고 합니다.

그 예로 Northwestern Memorial Healthcare, University of Iowa Healthcare, The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago등의 병원환경에서 볼수 있듯이 기술과 정보와 접목된 새로운 의료 서비스를 반영하고자 하는 노력을 엿볼 수 있습니다.
